Where do you ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address.
We are working on Habelo to additional countries, tag usĀ @habelobeautyĀ on social to help us prioritize!
How long does it take to ship
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to process an order (oftentimes faster). Once your package ships youāll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from hello@habelobeauty.com.
Returns questions
What is your return policy
We stand by our products and we want you to be happy. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.Ā To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@habelobeauty.com.
As a small business, we charge a modest handling fee which is subtracted from your total refund. Your handling fee is subject to your order value (7% of order value), and original shipping costs are not refunded.Ā Refunds reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.
What if my order arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged, we will happily offer you a replacement free of charge.Ā Just send us an email at hello@habelobeauty.com and we will be happy to help process your request.
What if I want to edit or cancel my order
If you need to edit or cancel your order, you may do so within the 15 minutes of ordering directly via the confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or if your order is outside of the 15 minute window, please contact hello@habelobeauty.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order.
How do I check the status of my order
Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package.
